Born in Southampton, England, in 1983, Jason is of Sikh Indian extraction, and has all the work-ethic, honesty and determination that implies. With over ten years experience in Hospitality Management, Jason has filled management roles in De Vere Venues, Jamies’ Italian Restaurant and Wagamama, working in every role from waiter to General Manager, with Food and Beverage Manager, Duty Manager and Operations Manager along the way, and has specialised in running functions, weddings and conferences. In 2015, Jason joined the Board of Directors of Hampshire Boutique Hotels as Group Operations Director, helping to set up the Human Resources and Operations infrastructure for Gray Manor Hotel, and then being responsible for all aspects of weddings, functions, conferences in this fast-growing and successful venue. In all his roles, he has been responsible for recruitment, staffing, organisation, and service standards. His experience of the challenges and difficulties of staffing in the Hospitality sector, and his limitless enthusiasm and commitment to the guest experience, led him to strike out on his own to set up the Hospitality Network.
